Shilpa Yoga Kapalbhati

Sit erect in a comfortable cross legged pose. Place your hands on your knees and breathe in. Then, with a short, sharp contraction of the lower abdominal muscles, expel air out of the nostrils. Inhale again and repeat the exercise in rapid successions. Beginners avoid doing it more than 5 times.
